About me
My journey as a healer began in neonatal and paediatric critical care, where I spent over twenty years caring for the most vulnerable. Through decades in the medical field, I came to understand that true healing extends beyond the physical body - it requires clarity of mind, energetic balance, and spiritual alignment.
When I launched my practice as a certified Health and Life Coach and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I quickly realised that for my clients to experience lasting transformation, their energy first needed to be clear and their sovereignty intact. This understanding led me to the Spirit Release Academy, and in January 2025, I became a mediumistic Remote Spirit Release Practitioner.
I approach everything with compassion and integrity, motivated by a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and truth. Through Remote Spirit Release, my spirit guides and I assist individuals in reclaiming their sovereignty, restoring energetic harmony, and fully stepping into their power.
I am actively engaged in a transformational ascension group of healers and am currently expanding my practice through Quantum Healing Hypnosis while deepening my shamanic roots in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
