1. Introduction

Welcome to Spirit Release Academy (SRA). By enrolling in our training programs, accessing our materials, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the student or participant) and Spirit Release Academy, ensuring integrity, fairness, and alignment with our professional and ethical standards.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, training programs, and related services provided by Spirit Release Academy.

2. Course Information & Enrollment

2.1 Accuracy of Course Information

• All information, including course details, pricing, and availability, is correct at the time of publication.

• The academy reserves the right to update course details, modify course structures, or make amendments to training schedules without prior notice.

2.2 Enrollment Requirements

• Enrollment in any course requires full compliance with prerequisites and agreements outlined by Spirit Release Academy.

• A minimum number of students is required for a course to run. If enrollment is insufficient, the course may be rescheduled or canceled.

• If an applicant is not accepted into a course, any deposit and payment will be refunded in full.

2.3 Course Cancellation and Withdrawals

• The academy reserves the right to withdraw, change, or cancel a course if attendance falls below the required number.

• If a course is canceled, students will receive a full refund.

• If a student chooses to withdraw after gaining full access to the course, no refunds will be provided.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

• Full payment for the training course must be made before receiving access to course materials.

• Payment methods are listed on our website and in confirmation emails.

• Access credentials (username and password) are unique and must not be shared.

3.2 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be granted once access to training materials has been provided.

• Refunds will not be granted for reasons including:

• Personal circumstances preventing course completion.

• Dissatisfaction with course content after access is granted.

• Inability to complete the training for any reason.

3.3 Exceptions

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical issues preventing access to course materials, if the issue cannot be resolved by the SRA team.

• Any refund exceptions are at the sole discretion of Spirit Release Academy.

3.4 Agreement to Terms

• By completing payment and accessing training materials, students confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Student Conduct and Course Participation

4.1 Code of Conduct

• Students must behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers, assessors, fellow students, and staff.

• Any behavior that disrupts training, shows disrespect, rudeness, or non-compliance, or undermines the learning environment is strictly prohibited.

• Gross misconduct, including harassment or discrimination, will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

4.2 Ethical Standards

• All students are expected to follow the Code of Ethics as set out by Spirit Release Academy.

• Confidentiality of course materials and client information must be maintained at all times.

4.3 Disciplinary Action

• If a student is found in violation of the Code of Conduct, the following actions may be taken:

• Formal warning regarding behavior.

• Temporary suspension from participation.

• Immediate removal from the course without refund.

5. Certification & Course Completion

5.1 Certification Requirements

• To receive Spirit Release Academy certification, students must:

• Successfully complete all course modules.

• Submit a portfolio of case studies for review.

• Pass practical assessments conducted via Zoom or in-person.

• Adhere to the SRA Code of Ethics and Conduct.

• Submit their own work, not copied from any other student..

5.2 Certification Revocation

• Certification may be revoked if a practitioner:

• Violates ethical guidelines outlined by Spirit Release Academy.

• Fails to maintain professional integrity in their practice.

• Uses proprietary techniques without permission for unauthorized teaching.

6. Confidentiality Agreement

• All students must sign a confidentiality agreement before enrollment.

• This agreement includes:

• The proprietary nature of Spirit Release Therapy methods and protocols.

• A commitment to not share or disclose training content outside of Spirit Release Academy.

• Consequences for violating confidentiality, including revocation of certification.

• The academy maintains confidential records of student progress, assessments, and correspondence.

• Training sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded to ensure ethical practice.

7. Protection of the Etheric Field & Energetic Safety

• As part of training, students will be taught techniques for spiritual protection and energy clearing.

• Students must adhere to SRA’s protocol for maintaining energetic safety.

• Working outside of the SRA protocol without proper authorization invalidates insurance and certification.

8. Intellectual Property & Training Materials

• All course content, including videos, manuals, protocols, and techniques, is intellectual property of Spirit Release Academy.

• Students are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify training materials.

• Teach Spirit Release Academy protocols without written authorization.

• Unauthorized use of course content may result in legal action.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• Complaints must first be addressed to the assigned tutor or assessor.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, a formal written complaint must be submitted to Spirit Release Academy.

• Complaints will be reviewed by the SRA Managment team.

• The complainant must accept the final decision of the panel.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Spirit Release Academy is committed to safeguarding student information.

• We collect necessary personal data to provide training and certification.

• Student data is private and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third-party companies for marketing or commercial gain unless legally required.

• Students may request access to their records at any time.

10.1 Cookies and Website Usage

• Our website uses cookies to improve user experience.

• By using our site, you consent to the collection of anonymous analytics data.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

• Any disputes will be subject to UK legal jurisdiction.
